I have over 25 years of hands-on experience and a passion for fitness and health. I want to help deliver an amazing and real insight into health and fitness for dads over 40. With just three hours of training per week, I’ve been able to maintain excellent health and strength year-round. I wasn’t born with the best genetics, but over the years I’ve discovered the most effective ways to build strength and health as a dad over 40. The name “The Hench Nerd” suits me perfectly. It represents the balance between fitness and a love of nostalgic pop culture. As a dad in his early 40s, I’ve dedicated myself to optimising health while keeping life fun and balanced.
