I have over 25 years of hands-on experience and a passion for fitness and health. I’m a head of department for a large financial organisation and am studying for my Advanced Personal trainer Qualification.
I want to deliver an amazing and real insight into health and fitness for men over 40.
It doesn’t matter where your starting place is at, I promise I can help. I know how difficult it can be to stay in shape with a busy life.
The fitness world is full of conflicting advice, but I’m here to offer you clear, practical guidance that works. With just three hours of training per week, I’ve been able to maintain excellent health and strength year-round, along with a very healthy natural testosterone level.
I’ll show you how to balance muscle building, fat loss and advanced health information, all whilst juggling a busy family life. Optimising health and fitness for men over 40 is my passion.
Why The Hench Nerd?
I wasn’t born with the best genetics, but over the years I’ve discovered the most effective ways to build strength and health as a man/dad over 40. The name “The Hench Nerd” suits me perfectly. It represents the balance between fitness and a love of nostalgic pop culture. As a dad in his early 40s, I’ve dedicated myself to optimising health while keeping life fun and balanced. This is what I want to share with you.
